There was a small blurb about the Fort McMurray show in the Calgary Herald this morning.. since it's so short, I'll just post it here.
A concert starring Canadian country music star Paul Brandt is being taped in the oilsands city of Fort McMurray for a special on the country music channel. That should make fans happy after a Brandt concert in the city was cancelled last year. "I wanted to shoot the special there because I never played there before," the fast-talking but friendly Brandt said in an interview. "We scheduled a show in Fort McMurray in the past and it fell through, so I wanted to make this one as big a show as possible." Audiences at the Brandt concert today will be flanked by five cameras from Murder Inc. Films. The special will be broadcast on CMT at a future date.

I found a press release today on Aaron Lines' site that talked a lot about Paul and Aaron, and how they met. It also talks about a song that Paul and Aaron co-wrote on Aaron's album called "What Beautiful Is". Click here to read the press release.
