OBJECTIVES

1.            To give awareness to the participants about their responsibility towards their religion and country.

2.            To emphasize the importance of acquire knowledge, skills and experience   to the leaders in managing their own organization, society or institution.

3.      To develop their self-potential and leadership skills.

4.     To give awareness that the importance of mental, spiritual and physical to   the leader in facing the coming challenging world.

5.          To promote Steadfast & International Islamic University Malaysia.

6.     To gather all the students back with their ex-facilitators
