"DECADE OF DOMINANCE"

There have been many dynasty's in the NFL like the 1960's Green Bay Packers, the 1980's San Francisco 49ers, and the 1990's Dallas Cowboys. But, all of them pail in comparison to the Decade of Dominance the 1970's Pittsburgh Steelers displayed. The Steelers were a team that was built through a tremendous series of drafts and guys who only knew the Steeler way of playing football. It had seemed that there was one league for the Pittsburgh Steelers and another league for the rest that played pro football. The Steeler's family tree took root in 1969 with the drafting of All Pro Defensive End Mean Joe Greene. The Nutrients were added with the draftings of Terry Bradshaw, Franco Harris, Lynn Swann, John Stalworth, Jack Ham, and Jack Lambert and it grew towering over the rest of the NFL over the Decade of Dominance!! Without further adieu, we shall chronicle the Steelers 4 Superbowl Championships of the 1970's!!
