Stickman Limited Comics started out as an idle idea in 1996, in the head of the (at the moment of creation, very bored) 8th grader in class. Since then, it has grown from a pleasant way to amuse a pair of bored adolescents into this. A web site with comic strips, and even actual storylines.       The first creation of the two idle minds was simply stickmen fighting battles. One of us would give our stickman a weapon, and the other would try to counter it. When we eventually gave one of them a nuclear weapon and destroyed a good-sized chunk of the earth, and both stickmen along with it, this became very boring. You can find remade versions of the two that I kept records of in the stickman section under the Stickman pics.       Then was born Alabama Bones. A fearless explorer, brilliant achaeologist, and cheap Indiana Jones ripoff. Along with him came Stickman Limited himself, the name that eventually became the name of the strip as well.       In the years that followed, the twisted mind that created Alabama Bones and Stickman Limited also added numerous other characters. Nonsense characters, like Remington and Gus, who have heads several times larger than their bodies, and the weakling accountant, Johny Butkiss, who finds the magical sock that turns him into the green-footed weirdo known as The Sock. Then came the brothers Pantsalot, Arthur and Bob, knights who have not, as yet, been accepted to the Round Table.       Then, in a stroke of genius, the Stickman Superhero comic was created. First came Bugdude, another obvious ripoff, this time of Spiderman, whose nemisis include the evil Poison, a ripoff of Venom, and Mr. Mean Pumkin Head, a ripoff of the Hobgoblin or the Green Goblin, I'm not really sure which... they're both so much alike. Then came Ratman and his nemisis, The Smoker. Then the group known as the S-Men. Then, the latest idea for a comic strip came about my senior year of high school, in the middle of Honors Physics. Two of my friends in there actually had some artistic talent, and were drawing pictures of characters from Dragonball Z. So I had to flaunt my lack of skill and my immense creativity, and make a comic strip. Hence was born Racoonball Z, with it's heroes Tofu and his son, Tojam. So, before my mind exploded from all this excess information taking up space, something had to be done.       This web site had to be made. It was an outlet for all of these little stickmen and stickwomen dancing about in my head. It was a way to retain my (relative) sanity.       Now, for those of you who clicked on this link looking to see how your own online comic strip can be made, hey, don't ask me. I just started. I do all my work on a sketch pad, and I usually don't even have to redo it or ink it before I scan it in and fix the little bad spots in Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Limited Edition. And all this HTML... well, I use a popular little program called Windows Notepad to do that.       If you would like to link to this page, link to the main page at http://stickman_ltd.tripod.com/ or use one of these banners. ![]() http://stickman_ltd.tripod.com/stickbannera.jpg ![]() http://stickman_ltd.tripod.com/stickbannerb.jpg ![]() http://stickman_ltd.tripod.com/stickbannerc.jpg |

| Special thanks to Ian Maloney, for being that other guy who doodled in our boring classroom, which helped inspire this pointless comic strip. |
