Once an order is sent,due to the electronic nature of the files, there are NO refunds. (see bottom of homepage)

As indicated on the Home Page and the Order Information page, all designs will be sent to you via e-mail attachment within 24-48 hours of your purchase (excluding Shabbat and Holy Days)

This is done for your security and mine and to keep a comprehensive record of designs ordered.
