* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Noodle Paprikash Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main dish Poultry Quick meals Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 slices bacon -- cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 pound chicken breasts, no skin, no bone -- cut in 3/4 inch pieces 12 ounces chicken gravy -- one jar or can 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth -- one can 1 tablespoon paprika 1 medium green bell pepper -- sliced 2 cups egg noodles -- uncooked 1/2 cup sour cream 1. Cook bacon in a non-stick skillet until crisp. Remove all but one tablespoon of drippings from pan. 2. Add chicken to bacon and drippings and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is brown. 3. Stir in gravy, broth, paprika, and pepper. Heat to boiling, stir in noodles, then reduce heat and cover. Cook 8-10 minutes until noodles are tender. 4. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, then serve.
