* Exported from MasterCook * Picante Pizza Recipe By :Beverly Mills and Alicia Ross Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main dish Pizza Quick meals Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large pizza crust -- Boboli type or home made 16 ounces refried beans -- regular or fat-free 1 cup salsa 1 cup colby cheese -- Colby/Jack combo, shredded 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels 1/2 cup scallions -- sliced 2 1/4 ounces sliced black olives -- drained Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place the crust on a baking pan or pizza sheet and spread the beans on. Pour the salsa over the beans and spread evenly, then sprinkle the cheese on. Rinse the corn in a colander under running water to defrost, then let drain while you chop the scallions and tops to make 1/2 cup. Sprinkle the scallions over the pizza, then sprinkle the drained olives. Shake the corn in the colander to remove as much water as possible, then sprinkle over the olives. Bake the pizza for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned.
