Press an almond half into top of each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield: 60 cookies Exchanges: 2 cookies: 1/3 bread, 2/5 fat Calories: 2 cookies: 28 PERSONAL NOTE: If you want to decrease the fat content - leave the almonds off the cookies. Also - the original recipe only had 36 almonds listed in the ingredients - so since the recipe yields 60 cookies I increased it in the ingredient list. -----
