MM format by Ursula R. Taylor. Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease a 7 x 11 inch baking pan. Combine dry oatmeal, ground peanuts, fructose, and baking powder in a small bowl. Mix slightly. Beat peanut butter and eggs together thoroughly. Stir into dry mixture until thoroughly mixed. Transfer mixture to greased baking pan. Use the back of a spoon to press mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cut into 27 sticks, and transfer to cooling rack. YIELD: 27 sticks EXCHANGE, 1 stick: 1/2 bread and 1/2 fat CALORIES, 1 stick: 53 CARBOHYDRATES, 1 bar: 5 g -----
