Skin Protection in Summer

How to protect your skin in summer and how to use sunscreen in right way are very important for us. Here I want share some experience with you. Sunscreen: The skin protection factor (SPF) number on sunscreen gives you an idea of how long you can stay in the sun without burning. For example, if you normally burn in 10 minutes without sunscreen and you have applied a liberal dose with an SPF number of 15, you should be protected from sunburn for 150minutes. In summer, especially after physical activity, screen wears off, so for maximum protection, you should re-apply your sunscreen every two hours. You should apply sunscreen at least 20 to 30 minutes before you go out into the sun. This gives the sunscreen's active ingredients a chance to soak into your skin. About child, you should put a sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15 on them about 30 minutes before they go out, if they are swimming or playing hard, you should reapply the sunscreen. Infants younger than six months should be kept out of direct sunlight altogether. As soon as your baby turns six months, you should start applying sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. I am going to discuss about the dry skin protection and other issue with you very soon, if you have any question, I would greatly appreciate if you could Email me.
