Cool things about Micky: Micky's dad, George Dolenz, was a famous actor too. When Micky got into acting in the show Circus Boy as a kid, Micky used the surname Micky Braddock so that it didn't look like he was using his father's name to get ahead. Also, before the Monkees, Micky had a band in which he played guitar, called the Missing Links. Micky is also a painter and director. He recently sold a pilot (he directed) to Disney.
