 Wild Boars

Most wild boars are omnivores in their natural habitat. These forest dwellers eat plants, bugs, small birds and frogs. Due to my sensitive nature, I always pass on the bird and frog part.

I think I'm descended from the European wild boar as they are gray/black, have a bristly mane, a woolly undercoat and are about the same length as me -- four feet. The scientists say we boars are part of the family Suidae (and are classified as sus scrofa: whatever that means!)

***WARNING: Wild Boars do not make good pets. Most of them are very aggressive and destructive in adulthood. They are very powerful and hate dogs. My owners did not bring me home from the woods. I was an orphan who found my way to their house.
