"Hello Casey. How was your weekend with Nick? You two didn't kill eachother did you?" Jane asked when Casey entered the dining room and sat down for dinner. Casey glanced over at Nick and smirked.

"No Mrs. Carter. We didn't kill eachother."

"Did you two have fun?"

"I did if I do say so myself." Casey looked over at Nick who was trying to stifle a laugh.

"That's good. I was afraid I'd come home to the house in pieces and you on top of eachother beating one another up." Jane laughed and Casey smiled.

"Oh we were on top of eachother alright." She mumbled.

"What was that?"

"Nothing." But Nick heard it and burst out laughing. Jane looked at the two with a confused look on her face.

"Am I missing something?"

"No, nothing at all. Would you pass the noodles Bj?" Nick asked and Bj handed them over.

"So how was your weekend Mrs. Carter?"

"Oh, it was lovely wasn't it kids?"

"Yeah I had a lot of fun!" Aaron yelled.

"Aaron, this is the dinner table, Casey is right across from you there is no reason to yell."

"Okay. Sorry mom."

"So what are you plans for tonight?" Bob asked handing the spaghetti sauce over to Casey.

"I'm not quite sure. I was thinking of calling Aj up. But otherwise, I have no idea."

"Well, if Aj has plans, why don't you and Nick go somewhere? It's already your second week here and you still don't know your way around. Since you two obviously didn't kill eachother, you can tolerate being with one another for a couple hours can't you?"

Casey stole a glance at Nick. "I don't know Mrs. Carter. I'd rather not go out with him."

"Yeah mom, I don't want to go out with her."

"Nick!" Jane scolded "Just take her out. Casey I know you don't want to but you still need to figure out your way around the town. Just one night okay?"

Casey groaned inwardly "Fine, I'll go. If Nick will take me."

"I guess. But I really don't want to." Nick answered with a less than pleased look on his face.

"Good, it's settled then. Angel, will you please pass the green beans?" Casey rolled her eyes. It was going to be one hell of a night.
