Walsh's Story
    
   Cyrus is a throw back to Don Johnson in Miami Vice. A tough under 


cover cop who has decided to clean up professional wrestling.  He 


hails from Miami, Florida, and acts like it. He's ostentatious, a 


show off but quick to help a friend in need.
