The apartment
1-room apartment, 27 m2 on the 3rd floor: living/dining room with double sofa bed and 2 bunk beds, TV (local network), kitchenette with 2 hot plates, oven, fridge. Bath, toilet, washing-machine.
In good snow conditions, you can ski within yards of the apartment. Beginners ski slope within walking distance.

The resort
Chamonix is often described as the worldwide capital of ski and alpinism. Enjoy skiing/snowboarding on the sunny runs of Brevent/Flegere (cable car right next to the apartment) or in the fabulous powder of les Grands Montets.

Booking is effective once we have received 30% of the total amount. The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. A deposit of 300 € has to be paid in cash to the keyholder. A specific deposit of 30 euros is requested for the cleaning-up. Both deposits are given back after your stay if you leave the appartment in the same good state as when you entered.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges apply according to the following schedule. Please contract a cancellation insurance as the amount taken will not be refunded.

Extra charges upon arrival (not compulsory)

Bed linen:18 euros /per bed. If you don't rent any; you must have your own bed linen.
Kitchen & toilet towels for rent.
Tourist tax: 0.90 euro per person and per day
