For anyone who has relations with RED or just have us on DNH or something our second tag will be "lateRED" without the quotes, anyone who joined RED and does not have a country and needs to start one will be put in that tag.

anyone who was in RED from the start and had a country is staying in the RED tag no matter what NW they have, anyone who joins RED in the middle of the reset and needs to create a country will get put in the lateRED tag

lol, it is not a training tag like some alliances do, yes it will protect average member nw, but adding 20 members that just started a country would take our average member nw way down, and why are we getting contacted by people to join? it is because of our average nw, then anyone who cannot handle 1a will not be in RED next reset, but anyone who lasts this reset in that tag next reset WILL be in RED tag, i repeat will be in RED tag next reset no matter what nw they have or get

Why protect Ave NW?
If you have to have two tags to do it to compare to others that are in the list with only one tag, then your AVE NW Numbers are incorrect. And then they don't matter.
The numbers don't make a bit of difference, because when someone experienced is looking for an alliance they know your numbers aren't correct and someone who is inexperienced doesn't worry so much about Ave NW.
Two Tags is just a way fix the numbers, but they are still the same.

are you saying that anyone who joins RED has to drop their country and restart in the new tag?,, or just if they have a new country, and if they already have one they will join the RED tag, I'm a little confused here, do you expect that many new members with new countries that you feel the need to put them into a different tag

I think a little more clarification on this is needed, say I join RED now, my country is at 2.5 million networth (yes I suck don't laugh) what tag do I join under? or are you saying that when people join RED they are expected to create a new country,

I believe it's for people who created a country late, but I'm not sure. But if you join and you already have a country, you don't need to start a new country or anything.

Wench, you would join RED tag. LateRED is for players who havent been playing 1a but want to get in. They learn the basics of 1a. Its not a bootcamp tag, its just a tag for members who havent started a country before this point in time. Put yourself in our position: 40 members for a small group of netgainers. Netgainers want to be on the average net list to get netgainers to join. Let's say 20 more members join from other games over the remainder of the reset. We basically have three choices:

1. Force them to wait until next reset to play and just start to learn the basics of 1a.
2. Add them to the RED tag and now 1/3 of our members are just starting.
3. Make a second tag for players starting late and help them to learn the basics of 1a.

Remember, RED is a new alliance. We are still in an expanding stage. We want new members, preferably those who like to netgain. What is the best way to get netgainers? Have good average networth. Its not falsely displaying ourselves when we make it known that the second tag is for Late starters only. We do not classiffy our members by skill, as some alliances do.
