So i hustle my butt home to take my turns and see if Clownland is at war yet ..and i find this ?
On the evening of Sunday, July 2nd, most Echelon Entertainment
services will be down for an estimated 2 hours for system
maintenance. We anticipate this to occur from approximately 7pm
to 9pm Sunday night, but this time is subject to change.
Talk about lousey timing :P

I have 75 + turns and its been down from 9am till 6pm so mainly all day. I logged on once then server failed again. MEHUL'S SERVER SUCKS!
