No one is taking AoD's place. Just put them in relation to UCN based on what you thought of them when they were still around. :P

This isn't a point-ranking system based on stats at a particular moment, but rather an opinion one.

I would put all the listed alliances ABOVE UCN. UCN is not nearly the powerhouse that the others are and even the smaller alliances do better in netgaining while holding their own in other endeavors.

UCN at the bottom, all others above please.
