Minute-to-Minute CASE
FILE No. 1 June 3, 2003 Times=Central
Daylight 1:00
p.m. Opening credits include Al and Marcie. It is the last time we see them
during this episode.
1:02 Hank and Rae play touch football in the stadium field. Hank is about to
show her his "cannon" moves but Rae trips on underwear left on the
field by Jen who romped there earlier with Rex.
1:04 Hank and Rae call Llanview PD to come to the field for the underwear. Three
squad cars and a fire engine with sirens blaring are sent to the scene. Bo and
Nora arrive in a separate car to investigate.
1:07 Commercial Break
1:10 Mitch captures Jen in the theater; undresses her and ties her to a cross.
1:11 Mitch undresses
1:12 Joey arrives; Mitch runs out of the theater naked.
1:13 Jen dresses but leaves some underwear in the theater.
1:14 Joey calls Jessica and says he's bringing Jen to spend the night; a sibling
spat ensues. Joey decides to take Jen to the Palace instead.
1:17 Commercial Break
1:20 Jen arrives at the Palace; Renee gives her Nigel's room and stations him
outside the door to guard her.(I was going to put a crude comment from Nigel
here but decided against it!)
1:21 Jen undresses and decides after having sex 8 times in the last 6 hours, it
might be a good idea to shower.
1:22 Jen is in the shower and sees a male outline outside the shower door;
shrieks.
1:23 Male outline is Nigel. Having the same bladder problem as Marcie, he has
come in to use the bathroom.
1:25 Jen dresses and leaves. Also, leaves lingerie on Nigel's bed.
1:26 Commercial Break
1:30 Nigel finds under-garment on his bed. Summons police; remaining LLanview PD
squad car is sent.
1:31 Mitch is seen in Llanview town square buck-naked and unarmed. Several
Llanview residents call the police to heed the messenger but all cars are out at
the other crime scenes.
1:32 Jen arrives at LLanfair to thank Joey, he isn't there. She leaves underwear
in Mitch's bible for Joey to find and another piece over Natalie's picture.
1:34 Viki finds underwear, calls the Police Station. Marcie is not there to
answer; she and Al are having a long, heartfelt conversation about life, love
and their future-off camera. We will learn about it in passing three weeks from
now.
1:35 Antonio picks up Viki's call. Since everyone else is gone, he offers to
come in his own car.
1:37 Commercial Break
1:40 Jen arrives at the Break Bar to see Rex; she suggests they seek an
"adrenaline rush," on RJ's desk. Leaves teddy bear underwear on RJ's
desk and in the doorway of the Break Bar.
Marcie and Flash have bonded off camera and Flash has convinced Riley to wear a
wire into the Break Bar and try to get a confession out of Brad.
1:41 Riley arrives at the Break Bar. Finds underwear in the doorway. Riley
stuffs the underwear in his jacket muting the recording device and making Brad's
confession useless.
1:43 Riley, not knowing he failed to get a confession, calls Antonio to come to
the Break Bar. Antonio leaves LLanfair.
1:45 Commercial Break
1:48 Antonio arrives at Break Bar. RJ finds teddy bear underwear on his desk and
yells, "Police Harassment!"
1:49 Antonio enters RJ's office to see what the problem is. Seeing the teddy
bear underwear, a sudden image comes to him: Keri and the baby are alive.
1:50 The phone rings and Antonio picks it up before RJ can grab it. Keri is on
the other line. They have a long, emotional conversation-off camera.
1:52 A transient arrives at the theater and settles down to sleep but before he
can get comfortable, he finds Jen's lingerie. He calls LPD and by now everyone's
back. Four police cruisers and the Fire Truck are sent to the theater.
1:56 Stay tuned features the transient: Commercial Break
1:58 Scenes for Thursday: the transient is interviewed; Jen heads back to the
Art Gallery, Mitch is seen hiding behind some shrubbery.

FILE No. 2 June 13, 2003 Llanview
Daylight Time
2:00 Opening Credits-Only Mitch in Different Costumes appears-it is a metaphor
for the whole episode
2:01-Mitch is in a murderous rage. We know this because he kills an extra.
Although Mitch has been killed at least twice and hasn't stayed dead, neither
has he had the competence to kill anyone else-on contract. His attempts on Jen,
Lindsay, Dorian, Addie, Viki, Jessica, Natalie, Christian(poison), Blair, and
Walker have all failed.
2:03 Bo and Antonio have Mitch surrounded in a cave but rather than just shoot
him, they decided to call in Dr. Rae to mellow him out first.
2:04 Therapy session between Mitch and Dr. Rae:
Dr. Rae: "And what is your ideal woman?"
Mitch: "Harlot, Vixen, Jezebel!"
Rae shrieks; Bo and Antonio rush back into the cave.
2:06 Rae tells Bo and Antonio she is just starting to make headway and would
like a little more time. Bo and Antonio leave the cave again.
2:07 Station Break
2:10 Although it has never been established that Mitch was anything but a
garden-variety lunatic/religious zealot/pervert, Dr. Rae manages to release
three alters from him:
Twitch-a lewd, lounge lizard
Switch-a gay, cross-dresser
Itch-an allergy-prone dog groomer
2:13 Twitch grabs Dr. Rae's cape and escapes from the cave.
2:15 Station Break
2:18 Twitch is seen performing at Rodi's. Twitch is a hit! Twitch is hot! Twitch
is a hit with drunken, desperate women!
Also, seen in the crowd are Rex and Jen who are waiting for the wet t-shirt
contest to start.
2:21 Drunken, desperate women are whipped into a frenzy by Twitch's
gyrating-prepare to storm the stage. Meanwhile, Jen, who can't stand it that
someone else has been the center of attention for more than five minutes, throws
her bra at Twitch.
2:24 Bra enrages Twitch; Mitch persona appears and yells, "Filthy
whore!" at Jen and prepares to strangle her with her bra. Throng of
drunken, desperate women prevent him from killing her.
2:26 Mitch runs out of the door of Rodi's and gets tangled up in a boa wrap
which Roxie is wearing as she attempts to enter Rodi's. Contact with the boa
wrap causes Mitch to become Switch!
2:27 Station Break
2:32 Jen, Shauna, and Molly are seen on stage as part of the wet t-shirt
contest. Rex who has hosed around with all three since arriving in Llanview is
now literally hosing them down. This scene has nothing to offer in the way of
character relevation or in furthering the plot, but it goes on for six minutes
as part of the producers effort to reach the most important soap opera
demographic-horny teenage boys!
2:38 Station Break
2:41 Joey jumps on stage at Rodi's and rescues...Rex.
2:43 Switch is seen leaving Foxy Roxy's with a full make-over and looking for a
hunka-hunka burning man.
2:44 Switch enters the Palace. Sees Nigel.
2:46 Switch grabs Nigel and tries to ravish him on a table. Nigel does not care
for Switch's manner of foreplay; also informs Switch he is not gay.(not that
there's anything wrong with it.)
2:47 Station Break
2:50 Rejection turns Switch back to Mitch. He heads back to Foxy Roxy's to have
his make-over undone.
2:52 Mitch is at Foxy Roxy's in a murderous rage, he sees Roxy bending over a
chair and her hair reminds him of a.... poodle. Mitch is now Itch!
2:54 Itch grabs Roxy's hair cutting supplies and is seen heading for the
LLanview Kennels.
2:56 Stayed tuned-Mitch in all
four personas.
2:58 Tomorrow's Scenes: Dr. Rae counseling Mitch at the Llanview clinic, Jen,
Shauna and Molly cleaning up at Rodi's.
CASE FILE No. 3
June
27, 2003 Llanview
Daylight Time:
2:00 Opening Credits include regulars plus Nigel, Renee and Rex
2:01 Renee and Nigel are preparing to wed at the Palace. Asa is hiding behind a
potted plant.
2:02 Bo and Gabrielle enter the wedding scene. Renee greets Bo and Gabrielle and
tells Gabby she is glad Al was cleared and how she should be grateful he has a
wonderful girl like Marcie looking after him. Gabrielle grunts.
2:04 In response to the grunt, Renee says Marcie is great; it's not like she was
taped having sex by Asa or something.
2:06 Asa, hiding behind the potted plant, hears the exchange and gets an idea.
He leaves the Palace.
2:07 Station Break
2:10 Viki and Natalie join the wedding scene. Viki tells Gabby she's glad
charges were dropped against Al and she wishes Joey would find a nice girl like
Marcie. Gabrielle grunts.
2:11 Viki asks Gabby what her problem is with Marcie. It's not like she left her
dirty clothes on a mannequin and stole the mannequin's clothes.
2:14 Jen, who is on her way to meet Rex, overhears the exchange between Viki and
Gabby and gets an idea. She leaves the Palace.
2:15 Station Break
2:18 Dr. Rae enters the wedding scene. Says to Gabrielle she is happy things
worked out for Al with the drug charges and how she really admires Marcie.
Gabrielle grunts.
2:20 Dr. Rae decides Gabby needs her help; pulls her aside for counseling
session.
2:22 The wedding starts. Nigel's eyes are drawn to the lace on Renee's bouquet.
He touches it and discovers it's actually Jen's underwear woven into the
flowers.
2:26 Station Break
2:31 Nigel pulls out underwear, yells "Ewww!" and faints. Wedding is
cancelled.
2:33 Asa is seen viewing the Max-Gabby sex tape. Blocks out Max's head on the
tape and replaces it with heads of Nigel, Dr. Troy, Mitch, Hank, Rex, and Dr.
Rae
2:36 Jen arrives at downtown bridal store. Pulls wedding dress off the
mannequin, puts it on, and dresses the mannequin in her clothes; sets off to
find Rex.
2:37 Station Break
2:40 Max arrives at the wedding which has since been cancelled. Sees Gabby in
couseling with Dr. Rae. He is going to rescue her but upon hearing from other
guests what provoked the counseling shoves both women in a suite and locks them
in.
2:43 Jen and Rex are seen in a sleazy chapel. Rex, in preparation for the
wedding night, already has his shirt off.
2:45 Station Break
2:48 Asa calls Gabby on her cell phone and says he needs to see her.
2:51 Gabby breaks free from Dr. Rae's counseling and arrives at Asa's.
2:53 Asa plays tape of Gabby having sex with Nigel, Dr. Troy, Mitch, Hank, Rex,
and Dr. Rae.
2:55 Gabby is appalled. Does not remember having sex with Nigel, Dr. Troy,
Mitch, Hank, Rex, and Dr. Rae. Asks Asa what he wants. Asa smiles wickedly.
