Nodosaurids were quadrupedal, heavy thyeropores. By a lenght of "only" 4 - 5 metres, they
could easily weigh upto 5 metric tonnes. They had a heavy armory of scutes, and spikes,
They were probably of slow moving nature, but they may have been swift if in danger.
They are found in North America and Europe, and lived in the mid Cretaceous to the late Cretaceous.
