This Coelophysis lookalike is distinguished by a frill on the top of the skull, somewhat like
Dilophosaurus sinensis. Megapnosaurus rhodesinensis lacks this frill, and is allmost identical
to Coelophysis. Coelophysis allso had a bit bigger skull and longer neck.
The only difference left bewteen M. rhodesinensis and Coelophysis is that
the first lived in Africa while the latter in North-America.
