Background/History:
The slightly precocious daughter of an ambassador, Kerry’s life was filled with traveling the world which made her understand first-hand how wonderful the USA was. Her life changed when Dr. Schmidt was experimenting with lightning to power his automatons. Kerry stumbled in to his machinery as a lightning bolt struck! Miraculously, she survived and was charged with the power to hurl electricity from her fingertips.
Personality/Motivation:
She was a perky, energetic teenager who hero worshipped All-American and, when she gained the ability to join him in the war effort, did everything in her power to make him and her country proud.
