Chi: Learn it, Know it!

Ok lets begin. This is a simple program you should read through to learn the concepts of chi.

What we will be teaching you is a series of techniques and just basically how to use chi though, we will start with the basics for beginners, "Basic chi instructions" and eventually move up to "Advanced Learning" this is just the intro. I ossure you that you will know everything you need to know about chi by the time the end of this program.

Chi is everything, it is in the air, in the ground, even in objects. It can be munipulated and changed any way you want it to be. Chi is chinese meaning: Life essence. There are many different ways of saying it:

Chi (ch-ee) Chinese

Ki (kee) Japanese/Korean

Mana (Man-aa) Hawiian

Hokido (Hoe-Kie-Doe) Japanese

And there are many many more.

First of all you as a student must learn the number 1 rule: You MUST believe in yourself and you MUST believe in chi or else you will not be able to use it. It can be used for attacking, defending, practicing, learning, and just for fun! It is not as hard to learn and even easier to use. I will take you through the steps you must learn to munipulate chi.

SECTION 000

No this is not an error it is an explanation of what chi looks like in my mind.

11111111111111 In the center of all those ones is a chi ball! Do you see it? The numbers represent power, or the power of

11111111111111 the chi ball the 4 is the core and the strongest point the other numbers are weaker than it. What I do when

11112232211111 I make it stronger is I visualize the numbers growing stronger. Eg, the 4 turns to a 5, 3's to 4's, and 2's to

11112343211111 3's, but the ones always stay the same because it is not actually part of the ball.

11111111111111 Here is a more powerfull chi ball, but it doesn't have to end at nine, I have had chi balls that said 1000

11111111111111 before! If you want to know how to make a chi ball it will be under the techniques section

11117787711111

SECTION 001

Step 1: You have to clear your mind which can be done through meditation or by using the "Find Yourself" technique in the meditation section of this program.

Step 2: Visualization, you must learn how to visualize and increase your chances of getting the instructions right. You also need Yi, or will power to be able to munipulate chi. The Yi can be strengthened with meditation, again in the meditation section of this program.

Step 3: Use your Yi, in order to be able to "move" chi you must visualize it moving in your mind.

Step 4: This is the hardest and will be explained more in the "strengthen" section of this program, you have to add more chi to your construct.

Step 5: Use the construct, it can be used any way you like using your Yi.

SECTION 002

I know what your probably thinking by now, "this guys nuts" or "NOT ENOUGH INFO!!!" if you said the first one then leave because this isn't for you, if you said the second part then you just have patients because I will teach you where the chakras and meridians are first.

List of chakras:

Crown: Located at the top of your head. Centre of knowledge.

Third Eye: Located inbetween eyebrows. Centre of mind.

Throat: Located at throat. Centre of language.

Heart: Located in middle of chest. Centre of love.

Solar plexus: Located inbetween ribcages. centre of digestion.

Navel: located at navel. Centre of reproduction.

Hara/Dan-Dien/Tan-Tien/Hera: Located 3 inches below navel. Centre of body. Explained more in the Dan-Dien section.

There are also Minor chakras in hands and feet.

List of meridians:

Connect all of the chakras. They are just lines, like blood vessels.

SECTION 003

This section will explain the Dan-Dien which you will learn as its name, it is located 3 inches below the navel and 1 inch into the body (dont go and try to find it with a knife) all of the chakras are made out of energy so they are invisible but they still do something for you. For teaching purposes only I will tell you that chi is a green goo-like numbers and your Dan-Dien is a green swirling ball. The Dan-Dien is the most important chakra because it is the centre of your body and it is also where chi is stored. how to fill it/use it will be explained later.

SECTION 004

Here you will learn how to meditate, ooh that sounds fun! It is the first exersize and the easiest, plus it helps to raise your energy if used everyday. You should meditate before using a practice tech. although meditation is not required in battle.

Meditation will also make you feel better if you are sick or feeling fatigued, all symptoms of the burnout which will be explained later. Now for the steps to meditate!

Step 1: Sit in a cross-legged position and shut your eyes if you are a beginner, you dont even have to cross your legs you can sit or even stand ir it feels more comfortable.

Step 2: Breathing, you must use the four-fold breathing tech. which goes like this...Breath in through your nose with your toungh on the roof of your mouth for four seconds, hold for two, breath out with mouth (taking toungh off roof of mouth) for four seconds. after you do this about 10 times you can start doing the following.

Step 3: Using the four-fold tech. above, inhale and visualize the chi coming in through your nose and when you hold it stops at your chest, then when you exhale visualize the chi going down into your Dan-Dien. Repeat. It is now usable.

SECTION 005

This may sound cool but its not, it is a bad thing that can happen when using too much energy at once or using all of your energy up, its never happened to me but I hear this, you feel sick, hungry, fatigued, and you cant use chi for about a day, to prevent a burnout i will explain it in the grounding technique section. I wouldn't worry so long as you can ground.

BREAK

Time to take a break, get a snack, get some sleep, Meditate (hint hint) because you will need it for what is coming up next!!

TECHNIQUES

These will all be beginner techs. so dont worry, but there are some phrases you should learn before you go ahead:

Yi-Will power

Chi-Life essence

Tech.-technique

Ki-life essence

Dan-Dien-centre of body, chi storage

Chakra-Main point of energy (see chakras and meridians)

meridian-"Chi vessel" a line of travel

SECTION 006

This is a very important technique and a very easy one at that! It will help prevent burnout (look in burnout section) and will raise your chance of getting the next technique right! I will go step by step dont worry!

Step 1: Stand in a comfortable position and place your arms to your side and relax, then visualize a series of roots coming from your feet and into the ground.

Step 2: Using your Yi to suck up the earths energy and make it go through all your chakras and back into the earth. Repeat, Now this is where you prove to yourself wether or not it is real, you will feel a small feeling around your legs areas or even in the rest of your body, now this can be small or very noticable but if you dont feel anything after the first few weeks then stop because you don't believe in it. If you do then continue to the chi ball!

STOP if you didn't feel anything after three weeks of grounding because chances are high that you don't believe any of this and the chi ball wont work for you! Remember the slightest feeling means you do believe, even a small tingle, or prick in your feet, even warmth. Only YOU can convince yourself this is real.

CONTINUE if you did feel anything at all after three weeks, and have faith in your self!

SECTION 007

The chi ball! finally the moment everyone has been waiting for! I trust you have already read through the stuff above? yes? then continue to the steps.

Step 1: ground your self (see grounding) for 1 minute.

Step 2: visualize your Dan-Dien and try to "feel" out the energy in it, then take a small piece of chi from it, with a core level of 4 and so on (see visualizing chi).

Step 3: move this small ball of energy throughout your body and practice stopping it at places and moving it again. Once again use your Yi to do this.

Step 4: add energy to it, do this by visualizing the ones closing in on the ball and making the core level go up, corrosponding with the numbers around it (see visualizing chi). Note: The chi is always moving so it is always in your body your whole body silluette would be filled with ones, eccept at the chakras and since it is always moving the chi ball should rotate just a little.

Step 5: once you feel it has been filled enough you may now make it move to your dominant hand. then make it exit in the form of a tennis ball. Once you have done this you may move it from hand to hand, once again using your Yi, and make it rotate, shoot, etc. It is your energy so do whatever you want with it!

Note: It would take such an excrete amount of training to make your chi visible that even the highest ranking elites have not done it yet.but there is an advanced tech. that will open your third eye chakra and make it visible to only you.

Note: You dont need to use the number system all your life, you can also use colors, light green-dark green, etc.

Step 6: Ground your self (see grounding) for 1 minute.

Note: I forgot to say this before, this is very important and has been asked me several times, "Why cant I feel my chi any more? I could before but now it is gone." This is very simple, what has happened is your chi is changing, it hit puberty, and you will loose control over it for a while, but all you have to do is just keep practicing and one day it will be back stronger than ever.

BREAK

Time to take a break, get a snack, get some sleep, Meditate (hint hint) because you will need it for what is coming up next!!

SECTION 008

Fine, Fine, attacking is not supposed to be explained untill later but I will do my best to explain it now...See rules for attacking.

I will now explain how to charge up a fist or a kick and use it in an atttack! Step by step.

Step 1: Ground your self (see grounding) for 1 minute.

Step 2: Visualize the energy coming from inside your Dan-Dien and going into either your fist or your kick. (see visualizing chi)

Step 3: Lunge towards your opponent and the very second your make contact with the chi filled area visualize it coming out, but going through the opponent and coming out of him/her on the other side, that is very important (see rules for attacking)

Im sorry but untill you get more advanced the grounding tech. and the chi ball will be the only ones you will be practicing, but you can also fill up your hand with chi just to feel it warm up...

SECTION 009

This is the rules for attacking ok? You should fully go through this before going out to find a fight.

rule 1: You must believe in yourself and in chi for it to work.

rule 2: Never go out looking for a fight.

rule 3: Please refrain from using your power for evil.

rule 4: If you do get into a fight the chi ball will be useless on the opponent.

rule 4a: Always use a chi fist/kick to finish it.

rule 5: "Chi practitioners never start a fight but we always finish it."
