Danielle
Danielle is the daughter of the Baron Auguste de Barbarac and the Baroness Nicole de Lancret. Danielle's mother died when Danielle was very small. From then Auguste and Danielle were a team. Danielle's father married Rodmilla de Ghent, her new stepmother, who brought two daughter of her own - Jacqueline and Margeurite. Danielle's father died of a heart attack, leaving Danielle in the hands of her stepmother. Rodmilla turned Danielle into a servant, making her perform many tasks of hard lobour. One day while picking apples, Danielle came across a man riding on of her father's horses. Thinking he was a theif, she threw apples at him, and the man was knocked off his horse. When he stood up, Danielle recognized the face of the Prince Henry. Kneeling, she begged for forgiveness. A few days later she went to buy back one of the family sevants, and she met with the prince again. He asked for her name, and she gave him her mother's - Nicole de Lancret. The two started meeting frequently, but Danielles identitly was never revealed. At the ball the prince finally found out who Danielle really was, and banished her from his sight. After the affair at the ball, Rodmilla sold Danielle into slavery. Later Prince Henry regretted his decision, and went after Danielle. He found her, and proposed. The two married, and lived happily for ever after.
