Baroness Rodmilla de Ghent

Rodmilla married Danielle's father Auguste, and moved herself and her two children Jacqueline and Marguerite, to the Baron's house in the country. There she met her new stepdaughter Danielle for the first time. Shortly after Rodmilla married Maurice, he died leaving her a widow, with Danielle in her care. Rodmilla turned Danielle into a servant, and had her perform many household tasks and chores. Rodmilla tried to make her daughter Margeurite marry the Prince Henry by many devious tactics, but failed each time. When Rodmilla foud out that Danielle was sneaking off to be with the prince, she forbid Danielle from going to the ball. When Danielle arrived anyway, Rodmilla announced to the whole crowd that Danielle was really a servant, not a Comtesse. When they arrived back home from the ball, Rodmilla sold Danielle to a gypsey. Weeks after Danielle's sale, Rodmilla recieved a summons from the palace asking her, Jacqueline, and Margeurite to arrive in style. When Rodmilla and her daughters arrived, the Queen and King shamed her, proving that she had lied to the Queen. After being busted, Rodmilla was introduced to the Prince's new wife-it was Danielle. Danielle wished for no one to have any hard feelings against her stepmother, just to treat Rodmilla as Rodmilla had treated Danielle. Rodmilla and Margeurite were then enlisted into the rank of palace servants, and regretted their behaviour towards Danielle for ever after.
