The most important thing to remember about the web is that it has free as well as pay downloads, sites, and services. Look around before you decide the site is useless there may be something free you need or want. If nothing else, study the way it's all put together.

       This is a reference study tutorial for leaning and writing of HTML 4.0 provided by the Web Design Group.

       This site will generate a free frameset page that you can use on your site. They also have a lot of tutorial information on how frames work.

• Mike and Associates
       This site has several topics covered on  their pages. Check the tutorials available from them.

• Doug's Home Page
       Doug has a lot of information about colors and backgrounds. Check this site out, it has a lot of goodies.

       This site has a code generator that will design your rollover script for you.
