On Route 23, on your way to Victory Road, you may stumble upon the lair of the third legendary bird, Moltres. Like the others, it has been seen so few times that most people think it isn't real. Moltres is the bird of fire. Each flap of its wings creates a stunning display of flames. If spotted, Moltres disappears in a flash of fire. It is just as hard to capture as the rest of the legendary bird trio.
