Paras is a combo Bug/Grass Pokemon. It has insectlike claws and rare mushrooms on its back. Its relationship with the mushrooms is an example of symbiosis. The mushroomlike pods take nutrients from their Bug host. In return, the mushrooms shoot out clouds of Stun Spores to stun almost any opponent. When it isn't fighting, Paras burrows underground to suck tree roots.
