Pidgey is very common in forests and woods. It is also the gentlest and easiest bird to capture. When on the ground, Pidgey flaps its wings extra hard to kick up sand and dust that blinds its opponents. Its Gust power creates tornadoes. Capturing a Pidgey is a good test of a beginning trainer's battle techniques.
