have gone on to do since leaving the Teazer's club!

Bassists:

Tom Murphy

Tom has seen major success outside of Thunder Teaz. He has been the anchor for such major acts as Flipside, JC Anderson Band, Bob Pace and The Blues Burners, The Lap Dogs, Soul Providers, Mercy Sledge, Scrogg Wobbley, Axis, as well as many jam sessions! He is currently pursuing a project as a solo artist and working with other various bands such as, Face April and the band he calls the "cash-cow," Flipside! Tom is happily married to former Thunder Teaz lead vocalist, Traci Burzette and they have 2 lovely daughters.

John Petillo

John's whereabouts are unknown!

Stu Ramsey

Last seen playing bass guitar for the band Knucklehead!
Stu is also an accomplished pro-golfer!

Guitarists:

Gary Benson

Gary played guitar with RH Blues Factor as well as being involved in many Thunder Teaz reunion efforts. After the last reunion Gary switched to bass guitar and found success with the band, Axis! However he moved back to guitar and now is the front man and lead guitarist for the Last Chance Band, along with former Thunder Teaz drummer, Kevin Morrissey.

Lance Harrison

Lance has stayed very active since his days in Thunder Teaz. He fronted a 3 piece band called Monkey Finger which saw some local success until it's breakup in 1997. Besides working for a prestigious local Iowa music store, Lance found himself in Chicago doing some recordings with Lonnie Brooks' band while at the same time fronting his own band The Lap Dogs! Since that groups dissolution Lance is finding a great amount of success as a songwriter. Lance has recording contract and is fronting his band The Lance Harrison Band as well as playing solo acoustic shows from time to time!

Mike Miller

Grandpa Mike has settled into the computer software industry. He is very successful at it and doesn't do much in the way of music anymore with the exception of owning his own home recording studio in which he and his wife enjoy songwriting! Mike did however in the mid 90's play in a band called Stone Blue with wife Barb and former Thunder Teaz bassist, Tom Murphy.

Drummers:

Mark Camos

Mark works for a prestigious electronics company and has settled into family life. He and his wife, Cheryl have a son which Mark is very active with. He is the coach for several children's sport teams and is currently playing drums in the band, Danny and the Dreamers!

Rich Richman

Rich did a short stint when founding drummer Mark Camos left the band. Rich went on to have success with bands such as Colt 45 as well as a few country bands. Rich hasn't been heard from in awhile although it is believed he still resides in Des Moines, IA!

Kevin Morrissey

Kevin works as a printer. He and Thunder Teaz bassist Tom Murphy both worked on a CD project with the late Carol Thomas! Kevin also played for some time with the now debunked "Lap Dogs" and has since moved on to work with former Thunder Teaz founding member Gary Benson in the "Last Chance Band!"

Brian Potter

Brian played all over the country in a band called, Wildside. The last time he was heard from though he was selling satellite dishes! Rumor has it that he's getting his drumming chops back up again though. So be looking for this dynamic drummer to hit in a band soon!

Scott Heatherly

Scott moved to Denver, CO and played with several bands. The last thing mentioned about Scott was, that he had moved to Boulder, CO and become involved in several rock bands out there! He has since relocated to Des Moines, where he worked a short time with Gary Benson in "The Last Chance Band" but he makes a full time living as a house painter!

Kerry Endres

Kerry works full time as a printer. Kerry has worked in a couple of groups with former Thunder Teaz members, Barb and Mike Miller. But has since been married. As of right now he is not pursuing musical interests.

Kelly Moriarity

When Kelly was last heard from he was pursuing a career as a cartoonist, unfortunately his whereabouts are unknown as of right now!

Scott Dawson

Scott worked in several bands with Tom Murphy such as JC Anderson band, Bob Pace and The Blues Burners, The Soul Providers, Mercy Sledge and Scrogg Wobbley! He is now involved in the yard care business and performs on occasion as a fill in drummer for whoever calls! 

Keyboardists:

Terry Higgins

Original keyboardist, Terry Higgins' started his own business and moved to Illinois, but has since moved and his whereabouts are unknown at this time!

Bill Green

Bill played a long stint with Des Moines blues act RH Blues Factor which also featured Thunder Teaz founding guitarist, Gary Benson. Since then Bill has retired into the culinary world as an accomplished chef.

Lead Vocalists:

Roger Hullette

Roger has been the longest absent member of Thunder Teaz. He moved away and worked in upper management for Burlington coat factory for quite some time. He has since moved and his whereabouts right now are unknown!

Kelly Starrett

Kelly went on to play drums with the band Monkey Finger with fellow Thunder Teaz guitarist and front man Lance Harrison. They found some regional success before their split a few years ago! Kelly is still performing as a lead singing drummer all over the rural areas of Iowa.

Brian McIntosh

Works for a local electrical distributor. Brian is a born again Christian and is married with one daughter and 2 foster children. Brian is a 5th and 6th grade softball coach and is also a youth minister at his church!

Barb Baker

Barb married former Thunder Teaz guitarist Mike Miller and they have one child along with two daughters from Mike's previous marriage. Mike and Barb both recently welcomed a grandchild into their family. CONGRATULATIONS! Barb has worked in a few bands since Thunder Teaz one of these being the band Stone Blue with her husband Mike and former Thunder Teaz bassist, Tom Murphy. Barb and Mike now work full time in a coorperate band. But as Barb will tell you her family never lets her forget her biggest triumph, Thunder Teaz!

Traci Burzette

Traci Burzette is now Traci Murphy. She married founding bassist Tom Murphy in 1994. Traci and Tom both went to Minneapolis to try their hand in the country music scene. But, because of bad management and family health problems, they found themselves back in Iowa. Traci and Tom's first child was born in 1996 and their second in 1998.

Jamie Lewis

Jamie Lewis, Thunder Teaz' resident lush ass grabber. No seriously, without Jamie, Thunder Teaz would have never had it's trademark big sound. Jamie was the sound engineer for Thunder Teaz for many years and was the driving force behind it's groundbreaking sound! Jamie has gone on to bigger success engineering many famous acts in large venues. Mixing all facets of music from rock to country, blues to jazz, Jamie has done it all. Mel Tillis specifically asks for Jamie whenever the country artist plays in and around the area! Our hats are off to you Jamie! Now have some more scotch will ya!

Jerry Mussleman

Jerry was Thunder Teaz' light man for a few years and was responsible for making the band look good. His computerized light shows (among the first to be used) made many a stage glow as if it were a massive rock concert. He also was responsible for making the band sweat too! Thanks allot Jerry! We appreciate all you did!
