1. The site must contain content about SSC, Care Bears, MLP, Smurfs, Rainbow Brite, etc. or any other 80's cartoon, dolls, toy, tv show, fad, clothing, music. :)

2. The site shall have no porn, objectionable language, or on-going visible feuds or slambooks. Such submissions make us uncomfortable as your site is probably good but we do not want to promote it.

3. In general, page links must work and sites should be bigger than one page.

4. You'll be asked to link back to us.
