Outriders
The Outriders are from the Vapor Zone. They want to take Earth or at least Earth's resources to keep their own people alive. Despite the many times the Star Sheriffs defeat and destroy them, the Outriders just vaporize and return to the Vapor Zone, to return and fight again.

Jesse Blue
Jesse Blue is the suave, cool-headed bad guy. Underneath the blue hair, seductive eyes, and really nice bod, is a really rotten guy. Not in the beginning, anyway. He was the Star Cadet at Cavalry Command. That is, until he laid eyes on April Eagle. But when she rejected him, Jesse Blue became No. 1 Wannabe Star Sheriff to No. 1 Bad Guy.

The Norns

The Norns are aliens from a farther galaxy than Earth has ever explored. Their leaders are three sisters; the Fates. They hold the title of Goddess. They have a missing brother, which they are searching the Universe for. They age very slowly, fortunately.

Urd

Hair: White-blonde / Silver-blond
Eyes: Silver
Age: 28 (physically)

Urd is the eldest of the Three Fates. Her Domain is the Past. Urd is the most hot-headed of the three Goddesses, acting before thinking. Seriousness and solemnity is another of her traits. She has a double pair of wings, indicating her rank as the highest.

Verthandi / Belldandy

Age: 21 (physically)

Verthandi is the middle Norn Goddess. Her Domain is the Present. Verthandi is the cool and collected of the sisters, desiring Peace with the Earth, when war started. She is quiet and shy, preferring to listen than to speak. With double pair of wings, but can fold them so they remain hidden.

Skuld is the youngest Goddess. Her Domain is the Future. Naive and childish, Skuld tends to play around, ignoring her duties as a Goddess and as a leader. Her double wings have yet to develop the flight feathers.

Age: ? (very old, anyway)Loki is the Norn High Priest. In this position, he is an adviser to the Norn Goddesses. His single pair of wings are ragged, indicating his service in war.
