Constable Adam Cooper

Do you like Cooper? I do. I think he was great on Blue Heelers. Made out to be a corrupt young constable, Adam Cooper battled through his tenure at Mt Thomas Station to win the approval of his boss, Tom Croydon. A failed marriage didn't help Adam with his police work - often he was distracted with his mind on other matters.

Cooper seemed more at ease with the arrival of Dash McKinnley, a young Probationary Constable. Adam and Dash were the best of mates, always looking out for one and other. With romantic feelings growing between the two for years, the two young Constables eventually got together in Adam's second last week on the show. It was a blossoming relationship, and one which thousands of people wanted to happen.

The next week, disaster struck. Adam, who had knowingly bought a stolen car, was discovered and consequently kicked out of the force. In a dramatic scene, Cooper handed in his badge to Tom who did not show much remorse at all. Adam was a lively police officer, who, with a little more encouragement and support from his seniors would have turned out much better.
