1 lb beef,cubed 3/4"
1 1/2 c pineapple,cubed 3/4"
2 c rice, cooked
1/2-1 c ea bok choy,scallions,bean sprouts,bamboo shoots,water chestnuts
red sweet pepper
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 thin slice ginger,minced
Sauce: 6T water,2T ea ketchup,vinegar,
soy, 1T ea sugar,starch,water
Breading: flour, egg wash, crumbs

Bring sauce ingredients to a simmer and add binder (starch & water) to thicken.
Dredge beef cubes in flour, then egg wash, then crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown and cooked in center.(5-7 min)
Set aside. Repeat with pineapple cooking less time. Saute vegetables.
Plate some rice, then vegetables.
Arrange beef and pineapple cubes around.
Sauce to desired amount.
