4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 slices ham, or chopped
4 slices swiss cheese
1 egg
1/4 c milk or so
1/2 c flour
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Pound out breasts thin. salt and pepper them and fill with ham and cheese.
Roll up breasts burrito style, folding in the sides.
Freeze the breasts. (This will make them easier to work with.)
Dredge the breasts in flour.
Wet them in the egg wash (beaten egg and milk)
Roll them in the seasoned crumbs.
Put back in freezer until ready to cook.
--note- I usually make about a dozen.
Remove from freezer and deep-fry until golden brown. (350*F for about 3-5 minutes)
Bake about 30 minutes until done.
--note-anything fried at 350*F should be baked at 350*F
