The Trammell Farm is located south of Athens, Tx. The land is landscaped with gentle rolling hills, improved costal Bermuda Pastures, spring fed water sources, ponds stocked with bass and catfish, many species of trees, such as, large red oak, hickory and dogwood. The land is rich in wildlife such as, white tail deer and wild hogs. Trammell Farms is primarily used for livestock production.
