Major: Cloaking Spending one round to energize this power, Eclipse can turn invisible to sight, sound and scanners. Only touch and smell can detect him. Unable to fire weapons in invisible mode, as their power is shunted to invisibility. If he is shot by a weapon, this also uncloaks him, except for a lazer weapon, since his invisibility power bends light. The cloaking device is very fragile, and he cannot use it if he has taken more than half his endurance in damage, also if he takes more than half his endurance in damage while cloaked, his cloaking device will shut down until it is repaired
Major: Master Manipulator
Eclipse is very good at figuring people out, knowing their wants, likes, and dislikes. He uses this to manipulate others. He is very good at convincing others to listen to him, he is very charismatic, etc. This makes him good at interrogation as well. In game terms, if Eclipse is in a tight spot, he can try and fast talk his way out of it. Both Eclipse and defender must make a roll+intelligence. If Eclipse wins, he has sweet talked the opponent. If the opponent loses, Eclipse gets his due.

CLAN STRENGTH: FLIGHT IN ROBOT FORM All Decepticons can fly in Robot form.

Personality/History: Eclipse is a stealthy, intelligent decepticon, who is a bit different from your average decepticon. He prefers to talk his way out of a fight as opposed to violent confrontation (this just makes sense, Eclipse isn't very combat oriented) and he prefers to sneak into places quietly than to run in, guns blazing. This makes him seem like a bit of a coward, but the truth is that he is a spy, and he is good at his job. He is also a master interrogater, and regardless of his small size and lack of weapons or physical strength, some of the older Autobots shudder at the thought of Eclipse's infamous Interrogation Rooms. He is renowned as a cruel, sadistic person, who enjoys torturing others. Eclipse is roughly 8' tall, which is small for a transformer. Unlike many jet transformers, a pilot cannot fit in Eclipse in his jet form. There is no actual cockpit on Eclipse's jet form, although there appears to be one, it is too small for anyone to fit in and it is full. It is there for looks only. He is only lightly armed with two small lasers.

WEAKNESS:Because transformers retain information in their cyberbrains, they eventually catch onto to Eclipse's sweet talking. Each time he uses it on another transformer, whether he suceeds or not, that defending transformer gains a permanent +1 to his rolls against Eclipse's manipulaton power.

CLAN WEAKNESS: STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. All Decepticons are pack fighters. So if all Decepticons must retreat if another Decepticon with a higher rank retreats for any reason.
