Minor: Communications scrambler Scrambles any communication signal within a 100 meter radius of his own person, not including any that are transmitted to or from him directly.

CLAN STRENGTH:Bravado. All autobots can re-roll any one failed courage roll in battle.
Personality/History: Sidewinder was born as a speedy recon soldier back on Cybertron - his fast feet and efficient maneuvering skill made him not only a talented spy but also a skilled decoy and competent hand-to-hand fighter. Although he was trained for only a short while, his natural leadership ability and logical mind made him seem the ideal soldier.
However, his history was soon plagued with an unpredictable curse - unable to do anything slowly, Sidewinder quickly found that his need for excessive speed in all activities made him easily bored. Because of this, he became sloppy on the field and his ability to manage troops that seemed to crawl according to him was daunting. He refused after only a short while to work with anyone who couldn't keep the pace with him, and since that severely limited his options he was seen as something of a complainer - so much so, that disciplinary action had to be taken.
For a while during that discipline, Sidewinder narrowly joined the Decepticons. Feeling they'd appreciate him more, he made a plea to Megatron but quickly found the enemies couldn't accept his membership without first betraying him. Therefore, he held his own and remained with the Autobots.
Since then, Sidewinder has lost both trust and capacity on the field. Although skilled in that which he was designed for, few Autobots can really look at the impulsive young leader-to-be and not see the traitor in their midst. And, although Sidewinder feels he's already paid for his crimes, it's quite possible the scars from his near double-agent nature may last him far too long...
WEAKNESS: Sidewinder can't stand doing anything below his maximum speed. While in robot form, he rarely acts at a regulated pace and has next to no patience. This makes him jumpy and fast at best, and also makes him seem hyperactive. Also, the idea of being immobile or not moving is next to a total phobia of his.
CLAN WEAKNESS: Compassion. All autobots must willingly risk their own health and life in order to help others, even Decepticons if they ask for it.
