Skills & abilities:
Major: Tail BombardEnergy collects in scorpions tail and unleashes in a mighty blast. (temporary +2 to Firepower). This takes one round to gather (can do no other attack)
Major: Crush ClawsIn Scorpion form only, he gains +2 to his strength for crushing purposes.

CLAN STRENGTH:Master Strategists All members of the CE are so good at warfare, that they always declare their attacks last, regardless of speed. Attacking order remains normall.

CLAN WEAKNESS:BERZERKER RAGE: Although members of the CE APPEAR to be cold and logical, they all secretly hold in a berzerker rage, that is still unexplained, even to themselves. IF a member of the CE drops to HALF (round up) their hit points, they must make a courage roll. If they fail, they retreat. If the SUCEED, they enter the rage. Under this pychotic state, they attack ANYTHING...including their own kind. They gain TWO attacks per round, but lose the ability to use guns (They prefer to beat their opponents to death) and their SKILL is halved. As well, any attempt to make an intelligence roll, automatically fails.
Weakness: Stupidity: Skorpinok is no genius, he's easily tricked into fighting with his own team.
Weakness: Tail Feedback Loop: If an enemy makes a successful attack on his tail while its charging for its bombard attack the feedback utterly destroys the tail portion and he can't use it til its fixed.
Weakness: Power Limits: His tail bombard & crush claws attack can only be used in non-robot mode.

History: Skorpinok is not the brightest bulb on the circuit. Hell 1+1 confuses the big dumb bell. But what he lacks in intelligence he makes up for with brute strength. In that department he truly shines, his non robot form able to boost his more brutish aspects for a slight period of time. Skorpinok is also a rather slow transformer, not cause he wants to take the time to do things right but because he's a behemoth. If he had any clue at all he'd have used his power and size to take over his faction but since he's rather stupid he lets his smaller leader boss him around
