Skills & abilities:
Major: Translucency Spending one round, Spectre can spend his current Endurance amount of rounds in a ghost-like state, allowing him to pass through solid objects. Can not be hurt, or hurt others in this form.
Minor: Shock Blaster
Standard long range weapon which does electrical damage to opponents.
Minor: Flash BombSpectre launches a ball of light which explodes, temporarily blinding anyone in the immediate area. In game terms, everyone must roll Endurance or lose their next round's turn due to blindness.
CLAN STRENGTH: FLIGHT IN ROBOT FORM All Decepticons can fly in Robot form.
Personality/History: Spectre was originally a Mercbot, performing infiltration, espionage, and sabotage missions for the highest bidder. He did not care about the morality of the assignment or about what would happen after he finished, only that he got paid in full. The Decepticons were among his most frequent employers. They finally decided that rather to let him continue to work for himself and possibly have to face against him, they recruited him into their ranks, promising Spectre more power and wealth than he could have gained himself. Spectre reluctantly agreed and he was assigned to Earth. The Decepticons always fear that he may walk away at any time; the least, he may return to his mercenary ways; the worst, however unlikely, he may defect to the Autobots. Therefore the Decepticons are always seeking a way to keep Spectre under their control.
WEAKNESS:Spectre is always looking out for number one. He doesn't really care about anything or anyone. Payment is all that matters to him. As a result his rank does not influence anyone nor can he be influenced by rank..
CLAN WEAKNESS: STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. All Decepticons are pack fighters. So if all Decepticons must retreat if another Decepticon with a higher rank retreats for any reason.
