Inspection and acceptance of material and equipment, requiring certification by an independent and competent inspection organization is one of the major activities of Tuboscope.

It's inspection activities provide for objective and reliable evidence as to the quality of purchased material and equipment and their conformity with the procurement documentation.

These inspections can be executed, as appropriate, at the mill, forge or foundry, in the shop, works or at site. The extent to which the inspection activities apply, depends upon the nature and scope of the work to be performed and the importance of the equipment and services involved.

Services generally carried out in the Oil field Tubulars division consist of one or more of the following activities.

Material Verification as per customer specification

Loading / Unloading Surveillance to monitor proper techniques and methods.

Storage and Handling Facilities Monitoring and reporting.

Storage Conditioning by performing services such as Internal and External Cleaning and Coating.

Tuboscope , Indonesia has personnel who can monitor all specified activities on a daily basis with around the clock surveillance. There are detailed time reports produced for all activities carried out. The client can be kept informed on a stage by stage basis or as and when required.
