Sailormoon RPGs Forum: Pixle runs this forum. It's a great place to advertise your RPG, talk about the ones you're in, and all that good stuff :D
RPG de Freak: *deep breath* GOO HEEERREE..hehehe ^^; Furikku-san's page is the authority on writing RPG applications (particularly Sailormoon ^^;) and other RPG-information-related stuff.
Phase: Allison/Usagi's page! It moved and the layout is really, really cool...plus she's absolutely great at coloring on zher computer. And she helped me with banners and mistakes in my html too ^_^
Ginzuishou_Plus: I have yet to see anyone out there who can work the colored pencils like Monsieur Bork :P His Sailormoon fanart images are absolutely beautiful.
