Oy, what a crazy August. I came back from summer college on the 28th of July and found that my computer had picked up a nasty virus. I gave my computer to my dad to reformat, left to visit colleges for a week, came back, left for Otakon (the same day xx), came back, eventually got my computer back, and then slowly began to rebuild. Fortunately I didn't lose too much on poor old Skank, but my crazy schedule was one reason for my slow updating.
This is going to be the last update on Tripod, though. Yay, Cal-tan of Seiryuu fame has granted PUS some space on zee dragon. PUS will eventually be moving to www.seiryuu.org/~portrait. Also, with the coming school year, I know I'm not going to be able to even get close to keeping up with requests ^^; I'm going to be a senior, and last year was less than stellar, so I need to pull things together in order to get into college. Luckily Emiko, who constantly puts me to shame with her competence, offered to take over the requests part of PUS. I'll contribute when I can, but I need to not swandive this year in terms of academics xx I haven't heard from Emiko lately, though, so details are forthcoming ^^; Well, so this is Etoile, wishing alla yall a veddy awesome September, and I hope you guys will follow Portrait of an Unknown Senshi to seiryuu. 7-26-01 Whole bunch of requests to do, so I'm closin' em ^^ Otakon in only ::counts:: 15 days? I'm really looking forward to it. Hope to see some of yall there ^_^ Um, and much as I hate to bring it up, if you send multiple requests from different emails, that's not very polite :B I won't call you out on it now, but expect my doom to fall from the skies next time. Requests will be done no later than August 9 ^_^ 7-22-01 Yo ^_^ It is I, Etoile, bearing five new pictures in ye olde gallery of newness. *pause* Yeah. That's about it ^^; Requests are open now, so send em in. Next week is my last at summer college, lots of finals and papers. Eee :B Okay, I go now. 7-8-01 I've got six pictures to draw, that should keep me for two weeks ^_^ Requests are now closed. They should be open again by July 22, if not sooner. Later :D 7-5-01 Um, *cough* It's been awhile, hasn't it? Ehehehehe ^^; Well, PUS may have taken a slight vacation, but we're back, and..um..better than ever! Yeahh! So, what's updated? Bye! 7-06-01 Now that I think of it, I kind of owe an apology to anyone who kept tabs on this site through its prolonged absence. I apologize for not saying anything, I left a lot of loose ends hanging all over the place. I had a bad school year, and it got to the point where I couldn't maintain PUS. That's not an excuse for leaving it shanghaied like I did, but I'll offer it up anyway ^^; If you do want to talk to me about any of these loose ends, then just drop me a line or IM me. Anyway, request a bunch, enjoy PUS, if Chuckles tries to grope you, just beat him with a stick :3 <-back |
