Concert Tour in Turkey
Thanks a lot to my turkish friend Yanki for telling me about the Tarkan concerts she attended. *** Tarkan has been performing in a series of concerts in Turkey during the months of August and September. He began his first concert on August 7 at Mydonose Showland in Istanbul. He also performed in Bodrum, Çesme, Marmaris and Kusadasi (all are cities in the turkish mediterranean coast). Despite Turkey's economic crisis, all concerts have been a success, thousands of people have attended them. His first concert lasted for about 2 hours and a half. There he performed all the songs from his new album Karma. He sang Kuzu Kuzu, Ay, and Hüp twice. He also sang some songs from his previous albums. Tarkan's fans were fascinated with him, his way of singing, dancing and the way he talked to the audience. He loves to talk to his audience, in a dialog very friendly and honest, people just felt he was one of them. Tarkan changed his clothing several times. He began dressed all in black with an open shirt, where you could see his bare chest. Then he changed to ripped jeans, red top, etc. All people attending the concert agree his performance was energetic and great. People missed him because it had been a long time since his last concert in Turkey.
