Tarkan "virtual" voter

He answered the questions that news agents asked him at the Atatürk Airport. At the Departure Terminal he was asked to vote before leaving the country, but he told the officers that he would perform his citizenship duty of voting in New York.
HE WON'T BE ABLE TO VOTE It seems like Tarkan doesn't know that he won't be able to vote in New York and since he won't be back in Turkey by next month he won't be able to vote at all. In the meantime, Tarkan was cheered by his Turkish and international fans for his new look: newly styled brown hair.
