Tarkan's Last Music Video

This info appeared on turkish website ShowTv on November 24, 2002. Thanks a lot to Serdar for translating it from turkish into english.

Tarkan, the famous sound of Pop Music, came to screens with his about-to-cry eyes in his music video for his philosophic song "Verme". The megastar pushed the limits of technology in his second music video for the same song. With its graphic animations, and special video effects it was the first of a kind music video in Turkey.

Ilke Gurman reported: "Tarkan is going after a philosophical idea in his song "Verme", and pushing the limits of the technology in the music video for that song."

Tarkan is talking about the serenity in his song, looking for it and questioning humanity. Maybe because of this he has children in his music video. Sometimes sad, sometimes worried children faces are shown one after other in the video.

With the drawings of Tansel Ebegil and Tayfun Sezer, a tear drop slowly transforms into a growing plant, then a flower is opening up. Later the battle and war takes over the love in the screen.

The music video includes lots of social messages and colorful animations. The most intriguing part of it is the transition from one child's face to another.
