Avea ads and concerts
All major turkish cities are full of Tarkan's Avea billboards. A new tv ad, featuring Tarkan losing his cellphone and later finding it was also released. You can download the ad from Avea's brand new Tarkan website at tarkan.avea.com.tr, which also features pics and ringtones for cellphones. Right now there is a sweepstakes to win tickets for Tarkan's concerts in September 2005. People must go to an Avea shop and buy a 250-kontör card or an Avea SIM card. Tickets are not for sale on their own. The concert dates and venues are as follows:

After being the official face for companies such as Pepsi, Turkcell, and Opet,
Tarkan is now advertising for Avea, a turkish cell phone company. Avea was founded
in 2004 as a result of the merging of Turk Telekom's GSM Operator Aycell with
Is-TIM, joint venture of Is Bank and TIM. Maybe Tarkan loves cellphones, since he
also advertised for Turkcell's Hazır Kart back in 2002.
