The C3000 will immediately produce hot steam. At the same time the cold milk is siphoned from the milk container into the frothing sleeve. The hot steam warms and froths the milk and delivers it into your cup. 3. When you have enough hot milk and milk froth in your cup, push the steam button again and the  process stops instantly. You can now move the cup underneath the coffee spout and brew a single or double shot of espresso coffee right into the cup with the frothed milk. 4. The connector between the milk container and the frother has a knob with which you can change the ratio between hot milk and froth and increase the milk temperature. 5. For even more convenience there is a second steam button which you can program to froth from 3 to 250 seconds. That way the frothing will stop automatically and you will always have the same amount of frothed milk.
