Lady Renai of Hollow

Age: 27

Weight: 120

Height: 5'6

Race/Class: Half-elf Ranger

Physical Attributes: Long black hair, lightly tanned skin and green eyes

Beginnings

Lady Renai was born the child of an elven mother and human father. They met when her father stumbled into a secret village of elves, and they fell in love. Their love was forbidden, however, and her father was forced to leave. Renai was raised by her mother, both of them shunned by their elven kin. She was not allowed to play with the other children, or learn the elven secrets, and lived a miserable childhood listening to her mother cry herself to sleep every night over her lost love.

A New Life

At the tender age of 12, Renai was forced to leave the only home she knew and was abandoned in the forest by her mother's kin. She quickly learned the ways of the woods, honing her skills and teaching herself the skills of a ranger. At 17 she sought out her father, only to find he had no knowledge of her existence, and had remarried, raised a daughter, and died peacefully in his sleep. Renai vowed revenge on the elves, for they had denied her a father she would never know and the happiness she could have had growing up.

Wandering

Training consumed every waking moment of her life for the next years of her life. She wanted to be strong enough, smart enough, to make those that had wronged her pay for their injustices. But as she fought also to protect her forest, she realized that she could not truly keep something as beautiful as the woodlands sacred, if there was hatred in her heart. She chose that day to put her vengeance behind her, and traveled to Hollow.

A New Home

One day Renai stumbled upon the lands of Hollow. She met friends who agreed to help her in her quest to help those in need and protect her forest from the evils of the world. She met a dryad named Lilly, the sister she had always been wanting. Sadly, Lilly was killed by the royal forces who invaded Larket under Vyrick Drakenheart. However, Ren continues to fight for the good of the lands and hopes to one day see peace restored to the place she now calls home.
