This recipe is another rich and delicious casserole I brought back from New Orleans. While this one contains meat, you can substitute olive oil to saute the onions in. I have included the bacon in this recipe.
2-10 oz. boxes frozen broccoli
2 slices bacon, cut into one-inch pieces
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
